I have been trying to persist login for quite some time now with no luck. You need to secure an online appointment first.I have a MEAN application with CRUD capabilities fully tested with postman. There are two (2) DFA sites in Cebu where you can process your passports: You still have to go back to the DFA to submit the lacking documents, or else, you will be tagged as a “no-show” this means that you need to go over the online application and also, your payment will be forfeited. Note: if on the day you show up with lacking documents, you are given thirty (30) days to complete your requirements from the date of the scheduled appointment. Once this process is done, you are technically registered with a valid Philippine passport. Once the documents are checked and deemed complete, you will be then asked to input your data, take profile picture and biometrics. Present all the documents to the DFA staff when it is your turn on the queue.
